Creating a Space of Love
A Kin's Domain in an Eco-Village
The First Ever of Many to Come in North America
Living Oneness Foundation and Anastasia's Garden are looking to gather together with persons who are interested in helping create, build, develop and sustain your own Space of Love in a Kin's Domain Eco-Settlement as described by Anastasia of the Ringing Cedar series: a self-sufficient, self-reliant, spiritual Living Paradise on Mother Land with your own hectare, in a possible location with underground waters, luscious greenery, forestry, lakes, wildlife, and four seasons in a very beautiful, remote location with no noise, light, water, ground, and air pollution. This can be any man, woman with or without child/ren who have similar or like interests or practices, who understand deeply that God/Spirit is the ultimate particle of our being and that we a truly children of our Loving Father and Sacred Mother. This first location in the United States will most likely be in Northern California where we are currently in negotiations for land. We are gathering names and contact information for those who are desiring to make this a reality.
We are proceeding in consonance with the guidance of Anastasia in Book 4, CO-CREATION, Chapters 27 & 28, pages 153-162 as it regards the specific design of a Kin's Domain (or Family Domain). We are intending to create the first ever Eco-Settlement of its kind in all of North America. The Eco-Settlement is preliminarily designed to house 100+ residents in one-hectare lots each in four (4) villages to be built in four (4) phases.
The property in focus has 466 useable acres for settlement. The plan will initiate itself in four stages, Ecovillage 1, 2 and 3. But FIRST, we must succeed at creating ONE Eco-village because it becomes the template for the rest. The Eco-Settlement will have its own: School, Community & Cultural Center, Healing facilities for Man and Animal, Trading Post (including Crafts & Retail Spaces, and our postal services), a Plant and Tree Nursery, a Business Center, Conference center, Exercise & training facilities and a Central All-Organic Farmer's Market. Some specifics on the Eco-Settlement:
1. No motor vehicles outside of residents will be allowed onto the passageways.
2. All domain roads will remain unpaved, but compacted and graveled as needed/ if needed. They will be used primarily for foot travel and horses. Autos only for specific purposes. No motor vehicles be allowed on the land by non-residents but also that the vehicles allowed on the land will be non-polluting. The period will be a transition towards biodiesel, hydrogen, electric, water-combustion, gravity-run, or even something else still in the works. The sooner we can use horses and other non-motorized, non-polluting forms of transportation the better.
3. A central parking area (TBD) for visitors and residents will built centrally to the domains. This is where the road begins and ends. Some specifics on the building / creating of our Kin's (Family) Domain:
1. Each Domain will have passageways on all 4-sides at least 3-meters in width.
2. Anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 of the hectare lot will be reserved for growing a living forest. (e.g. Western Red Cedars, Coast Redwoods, Sequoias, English Oaks, Coast Live Oaks, Douglas firs, Sitka spruce, Western hemlock, Mountain hemlock, Siberian Cedars, etc.).
3. Each settler will plant their own chosen family tree to grow and nurture for their descendants.
4. The fence will be constructed of living trees, preferably or at least mostly coniferous trees (recommend planting Siberian cedars) with plants and flowering shrubs as the fill-in spacers between the trees, completing the boundary marker.
5. Each settler will plant, grow and tend their own splendid garden for food: vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, nuts, etc.
6. Each settler will beautify their own domain according to their own individual tastes and choices: flower beds, orchards, meadows of natural grasses and herbs, and their own grove of woodland trees. (e.g. Red maples, Sugar maples, Flowering dogwoods, European Beech, Sweet gum, Flowering cherry, Birch trees)
7. A small portion in proximity to the garden will maintain the local vegetation and weeds growing currently.
8. A natural pond 16-meters across will be constructed -- COMPLETELY naturally -- with NO plastic lining or motors and pumps.
9. All technology or current modern tools can be used with the understanding that our creation is a transition period for us to bequeath to our descendants, who, according to Anastasia will have no need for our current ways.
Utilities will be preferred as follows:
1. Water: Underground well and water collection systems
2. Electric: Solar and battery powered (off the grid). Two ways to generate electricity from solar energy are photovoltaics and solar thermal systems.
3. Gas: Propane tanks
4. Space Heating: Hybrid Active & Passive Solar Systems
5. Heating (Water): Solar
6. Sewer: Septic tank or composting systems
7. Telephone / Internet: To be located in our village center.
ON THE LAND
The first major elevation rise / plateau on the land is the perfect location for our Children’s Education Center (The Un-School) to “Gather the Children” (where they learn and teach us what it means to be Children of God). The center will be surrounded by a Cedar grove.The second major peak would be a perfect location for our Woman’s Circle Grove to “Gather the Women”, (a sacred circular grove of 26 Redwood trees spaced 113 feet apart) where the women learn and teach what it means to be Daughters of God, and what it means to be Woman in the world. The women’s circle will be surrounded by a Redwood grove.A third higher, more distant peak would be a perfect location for our Man’s Circle Grove to “Gather the Men”, (a sacred circular grove of 22 Sequoia trees spaced 111 feet apart) where the men learn and teach what it means to be Sons of God, and what it means to be a Man in the world. The men’s circle will be surrounded by a Sequoia grove.All domains will be designed in a circular shape exactly 113 meters (370.734908136 feet) in diameter each = 1 hectare. Circumference = 355 meters = 1,164.69816273 feet. The circle design is greatly beneficial to plants and trees as well as to our own sacred geometry. The actual circle area will be slight over a hectare = 10,028.75 square meters.Within the Residential Area (non-residents not allowed, resident visitors allowed)
1. Community – Cultural Center – Temple (with four wings)
a. Movement - Training Hall
(Martial arts, Gymnastics, Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength & Flexibility Training)
b. Dining – Kitchen Hall (Food / Drink storage & preparation)
c. Conference Hall (Classes, Workshops, Seminars)
d. Reception Hall (+ Reading, Library)
2. Children’s Center (in a Cedar grove)
3. Women’s Retreat Site (in a Redwood grove)
4. Men’s Retreat Site (in a Sequoia grove)
5. Administrative – Business Offices (Front Entrance to Eco-Settlement)
will also include:
a. Community Tech Center (computers, internet, copy, mailing)

c. Horse Stables
d. Garage – Equipment Storage (Garage for resident and visitor vehicles, electric vehicles for commuting and transporting within settlement)
e. A non-asphalt limited parking area for non-resident visitors
6. Foot and Horse path around the land through differing groves of trees
7. Community gardens and flower fields
8. A community lake to be fed by six natural springs we will be reopening
9. A series of water catchment systems and collection tanks to be situated beyond the highest peaks towards the western boundary of our eco-settlement (unseen) to be replenished as needed by two wells we will reopen to maintain normal levels for the irrigation of our mountain sides, trees and vegetation
10. A water collection and reservoir tank to be situated on the hill (hidden and unseen) bordering the eastern boundary of the eco-settlement to be replenished as needed by one natural spring and one well we will reopen to maintain normal levels for the irrigation of front and northern groves
